Veloteq On Line Limited Warranty Registration

Veloteq provides an limited product warranty to registered owners. To be eligible for this warranty you must register your product. In California, if the Warranty Registration Form is not completed as described herein, the warranty period commences from the date of manufacture, not from date of purchase. Factory Warranty is only available to Registered Owners who have purchased their unit from an Authorized Dealer, fully assembled and tested for road worthiness.  For products purchased from but not assembled by an Authorized Dealer, warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts, subject to the return of such parts to the Authorized Dealer. Tampering with factory installed devices intended to limit the output power of Veloteq low speed electric bicycles in compliance U.
